Really Do Unto Others As.....

What goes around...Well we get the picture. It seems as if people seriously have this fetish about paying people back for the wrongs they did to them. All you ever hear is, I'm going to get her back or I'm going to pay him back for what he did to me. Would you think that perhaps this kind of vengence wouldn't happen if we started out treating people the way we deserve to be treated. Why lie to someone if they're not lying to you. Why cheat on them if they're not cheating on you? Why would you steal from someone if you know you wouldn't want them to come back and do the same thing to you. We are a ignorant generation. It's truly mind boggling that we will act as if our action are justifiable. Why wouldn't you want to do right by others, just because one person took advantage of you, said something to you that you didn't like, borrowed something that they never paid back or gave back? Either way, you still have a choice to do unto others as you would want them to do unto you. When will this happen? Is it when the first fifty people in the row do good things unto you, or will it happen once you have been put into a humbling position by God? When? You first and maybe I'll follow behind you? This is not a competition that we are fighting for, it's something that should come natural because we ought to want to. Always remember, don't put your guards up to people who never did anything to you because the way someone else treated you......
